Jose focuses on investor relations and procuring the best financial results for Spectrum Capital and its investors. He began investing in real estate by buying single family homes; eventually leading him to structure a $5 million private equity fund to invest in real estate in Florida. 

Boasting 10+ years of experience, Jose has worked with multinational companies, leading sales and marketing teams while maintaining a focus on innovation. He has also dealt with a range of clients in the real estate sector; with big and small developer companies in residential and office fields, and is now an active investor. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from CESA Business School in Colombia, is a candidate for a Master's degree in Neuromarketing from the University of La Rioja, and is certified by the Global Innovation Management Institute (Boston, Massachusetts).
